Job Role

AV Maintenance Manager

Reporting to the General Manager; this position is responsible for providing audio visual support for maintenance, repairs and services for Audio Visual Solutions.

Experience & Qualification

  1. Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Technical or related field required.
  2. At least five (5) years of experience in AV system design and installations required.
  3. At least three (3) years of experience in Repairs and Service Supervisor required.
  4. At least three (3) years of experience in Maintenance Supervisor required.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Collaborates with the Admin/Facilities Manager with scheduling and maintenance activities.
  2. Evaluates and provides recommendations for installations and identifies potential issues.
  3. Evaluates and ensures audiovisual systems are designed in compliance with Audio Visual Industry Standards.
  4. Manage Service Engineers and Technicians and other staff, as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Knowledge of facilities, operation and maintenance environment, designing and installation processes and procedures.
  2. Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, the Windows environment, and internet research skills.
  4. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret diagrams, architectural designs, technical specifications
  5. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  6. AVIXA (Infocomm) CTS or CTS-I or CTS – D certification preferred.
